To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In Brand-New Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and ready for its next owner.
- Original Packaging Intact: All tags must still be attached, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your original invoice or receipt; this helps us get your refund back to you quickly!
We kindly ask that you inspect your item right away upon arrival to ensure everything is perfect. Your time limit starts ticking then!

- Wait for Your Guide: We'll quickly send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and clear, easy-to-follow packing instructions. Please note: We can’t accept returns without this special RMA number; it's how we track your item and ensure a smooth refund process!
- Ship it Off: Pack the item securely, mark your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, and drop it in the mail.
A quick note on shipping: For returns due to a change of mind (like the wrong size or color), the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. For our screw-ups (damaged or incorrect items), we cover the cost!
